Look, I've tried a few of these workout supplements. Most seem to help a little. I'm getting a little older and, on occasion, I FORGET to take my Milletov-X before I start my workout. About 30 minutes into it, I'm falling a little behind my normal routine. 45 minutes into it, I'm wondering why this normal routine is kicking my a--! This stuff is the only one that I know helps me finish a hard workout. Even on my cardio days, this stuff helps me.

Hands down the best preworkout available. Perfect pump that goes on and on and on. Been taking the same amount for almost a year and have yet to feel like I need to increase the amount. This is the ONLY preworkout I recommend.
