This vitamin has been a game changer for me. I was having pretty bad muscle cramps and had a theory that it was due to a lack of magnesium. The vitamin I was using before did not have any magnesium in it, but this one has 50 mg per serving. I have not had any cramps since taking this daily for three weeks. The cranberry extract in the women's blend is also a welcomed bonus!!

Kristina B. I am finding I have no more energy prior to taking the vitamins than before. So a little disappointed in that aspect. However, they are easy to take with no side effects and giving me the extra nutrients I need daily as a woman.
