Can I change my flavors between orders?

In order to change flavors between shipments, simply cancel your existing subscription, and set up a new subscription with your new flavor choices.  There is no penalty for canceling to change flavors.

Can I add or remove items from my subscription?

At this time, the only way to add or remove items from your subscription is to create a new subscription all together. Don’t worry.  There is no penalty for canceling to set up a new subscription.  Simply sign in and go to your My Account page to manage your subscriptions.  You can cancel your existing subscription and then create a new one.

Is there a penalty for canceling my subscription?

No.  Subscriptions are for your convenience.  We give you a sweet discount hoping to get your renewed support, but we don’t smack you with any penalties if you decide to cancel.
