   You definitely notice the difference without the stims. I was able to do more reps. Blackberry lemonade flavor is decent.

   I am on the 7th week of my Physical Therapy for an ankle reconstruction. The PT is getting very tough and painful, but I do not want to take any meds because I should be back full duty in about 3 weeks. I used the Burn for my workout at the house and about 2 hours later I took the Pump right before PT. I did everything I did the day before (which about had me in tears yesterday) and added new stuff today. My weak muscles I am building back are not fatigued and am in very little pain today. My therapist even asked what was different from yesterday. The pump is a lifesaver!
   As far as taste, I have the Mango one, but with 20oz of water and a little Milo tropical fusion it tastes great! Great job on this product!

   You do notice a difference with out the stims. Since I work out late after shifts did not need the stims to keep me up. This stuff helped push through the workout no jitters no climbing walls all night afterwards! Blackberry Lemonade is decent, added extra water which helped smooth it out.
