SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING:

We take fast shipping seriously and will have your order out the door as soon as possible!

Most orders placed before 3pm Central Time ship same day.

CARRIERS:

We ship via USPS and UPS. MILLECOR does not control either entity and therefore is not responsible for any package(s) once turned over to the shipping provider. MILLECOR is not responsible for packages that are late, lost, damaged, or stolen.  MILLECOR is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address (due to a customer entering error during checkout). The customer is responsible for filing all claims directly with the shipping provider. MILLECOR is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or UPS.

RETURNS:

We take pride in our products and back them up with a 30 day, money back (store credit) guarantee when you purchase on MILLECOR.com.

Please note:  Purchases made through a third party retailer will need to be addressed with the vendor with whom the product was purchased.

MAILED RETURNS

Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.  Returns should be shipped to:

All returned products must be in original packaging with barcodes to guard against criminal activity.  Returns must also include a proof of purchase.  Proof of purchase can be:

  • Printed email confirmation from when order was placed, or
  • Packing slip from order

Customer is responsible for any costs incurred in shipping a return to MILLECOR.
