SHIPPING:

We take fast shipping seriously and will have your order out the door as soon as possible!

$7.99 Flat Rate Shipping applies to orders shipped within the Continental United States or to APO or FPO addresses.

$14.99 Flat Rate Shipping applies to orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

Free Shipping occurs when a customer spends over $100 if the order is being shipped within the Continental United States or to APO or FPO addresses.

Free Shipping occurs when a customer spends over $150 if the order is being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

RETURNS:

We take pride in our products and back them up with a 30 day, money back (store credit) guarantee when you purchase on MILLECOR.com.  If you aren’t satisfied with your results, please contact us to express any concern.

Please note:  Purchases made through a third party retailer are handled individually.  If you want to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact MILLECOR support.  You will be required to provide a proof of purchase upon contact.

MAILED RETURNS

Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.  Returns should be shipped to:

Upon receiving the return, a MILLECOR representative will contact you regarding the product exchange or issuance of store credit.

All returned products must be in original packaging with barcodes to guard against criminal activity.  Returns must also include a proof of purchase.  Proof of purchase can be:

  • Printed email confirmation from when order was placed, or
  • Packing slip from order

Customer is responsible for any costs incurred in shipping a return to MILLECOR.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. MILLECOR does not control either entity and therefore is not responsible for any package(s) once turned over to the shipping provider. MILLECOR is not responsible for packages that are late, lost, damaged, or stolen.  MILLECOR is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address (due to a customer entering error during checkout). The customer is responsible for filing all claims directly with the shipping provider. MILLECOR is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.
